Delivery Fees

At this time we can only deliver 1/2 cord per delivery fee anything over 1/2 cord it will be an extra delivery charge up to 1/2 cord.

Example

1st delivery fee covers 1/2 cord or 1/6 cord or 1/3 cord.

True cord would be 2 delivery fees

1/2 cord & 1/3 would be 2 delivery fees

1/2 cord & 1/6 would be 2 delivery fees

Delivery Info

Deliveries are completed within 45 days from the day you purchase. We are a small family owned and operated company where every call & delivery is handled directly by Nicole, my husband Joe, and our daughter Lilly. We can deliver Mon - Sun, and Joe will only text when on route.

Stacking Fee

Stacking is $75.00 per man per hour with a 2 - man hour minimum. Please make sure there are no obstacles in the path were the firewood needs stacked.

Stacking Fee Minimum

Stacking Fee Minimum $150.00 must be paid prior to delivery this is a minimum payment. if stacking takes long than the minimum payment then its $75.00 per man per hr. and will be due after stacking job is completed

Can I pick up firewood myself?

Yes, we offer self-pickup options for customers who prefer to transport their own firewood. We are open Mon. - Fri. 12pm-3pm Sat by appointment only. Please Text or call Joe when on the way or when you are here at (614) 327-6112 Prefer text.

Difference between seasoned and unseasoned firewood?

Seasoned Firewood- is firewood that has been split and has been sitting out in the elements for 8-12 months or longer. It is going to burn faster, light easier & weigh less because it’s dried out. Preferred for smoking food, wood burning stove, fire places and ambience fires.

Unseasoned Firewood or Green wood - is freshly split wood that still has moisture inside. With a bright white look. The wood is still going to burn just harder to light, burn slower & create more smoke. It’s also not going to burn as hot as seasoned wood. It can produce more of the black creosote you see in your firepit or chimney. It will also make crackling or hissing sounds while burning. Some people may refer to this as fresh, green, or unburnable wood. It’s perfectly fine for outdoor burning such as a campfire or firepit. If burning indoors make sure everything is in good working order, and your flute is open.

How do we know our firewood is seasoned?

We tag every tote immediately after filling it with firewood. We use these tags to track and verify the seasoning timeline.
