Deliveries are completed within 30 days from the day you purchase. We are a small family owned and operated company where every call & delivery is handled directly by Nicole, my husband Joe, and our daughter Lilly. We can deliver Mon - Sun, and Joe will only text when on route.
Yes, we offer self-pickup options for customers who prefer to transport their own firewood. We are open Mon. - Fri. 12pm-3pm Sat by appointment only. Please Text or call Joe when on the way or when you are here at (614) 327-6112 Prefer text.
Our firewood pick up is a self load process
We do offer assistance with loading. However, it is $10 per 1/6 cord.
Assistance is also based upon availability of someone on site. Should you require assistance, it is strongly encouraged to call before arrival to ensure we have a staff person from the firewood lot on site.
Seasoned Firewood- is firewood that has been split and has been sitting out in the elements for 8-12 months or longer. It is going to burn faster, light easier & weigh less because it’s dried out. Preferred for smoking food, wood burning stove, fire places and ambience fires.
Unseasoned Firewood or Green wood - is freshly split wood that still has moisture inside. With a bright white look. The wood is still going to burn just harder to light, burn slower & create more smoke. It’s also not going to burn as hot as seasoned wood. It can produce more of the black creosote you see in your firepit or chimney. It will also make crackling or hissing sounds while burning. Some people may refer to this as fresh, green, or unburnable wood. It’s perfectly fine for outdoor burning such as a campfire or firepit. If burning indoors make sure everything is in good working order, and your flute is open.
We tag every tote immediately after filling it with firewood. We use these tags to track and verify the seasoning timeline.
We do not sell by the piece. It is impossible to know exactly how many pieces come in each batch. However, what we do stand by is how each batch should measure when stacked.

Up to 1/3 True cord can fit an 6ft truck bed stacked and SVU with backseat down or a minivan with the back seat down stacked.
